Fit - Very good, able to get phone out easily. No easy way to reach charging/data port or headphone jack.
Closure - Magnetic. Does not kick Droid into Navigation or Mutimedia mode. Happy.
Belt attachment - I don't use it often but it should fit on a car visor or belt fine. Not very obtrusive. Stitching on mine was a little uneven, but not a huge deal
Very good value for the money, happy I bought it.
